Mental Health Concerns and Challenges
While entering middle adulthood, there are several different obstacles that you may encounter.  Some of these obstacles will be challenging to navigate through this portion of your journey.  These challenges have been broken down into four categories to help you through your journey.

Your career may have been a pillar through most of your adult life.  Your career can shape who you are, determine your income level, and shape your spending habits.  Throughout your career, the decisions you make can impact your employment status and retirement options.  These can be challenging times.

As we age in life, our health becomes a more critical aspect.  Making your health a priority will significantly impact your future.   Understanding what you are experiencing can help improve your knowledge and health in the long run.

From day one, relationships are formed with parents, siblings, family, and friends.  Many of these relationships evolve over time.  As we age, some of these relationships become a pivotal part of our lives.   Understanding these relationships and how to maintain healthy relationships can improve your quality of life.

The dynamics of a family structure evolve as we get older.  The necessity of your parents to provide for you changes.  The dynamics can change, creating a reverse relationship in which your parents rely on you.  Children eventually grow up and venture out into the real world.  How much help do they need?
